LAKE PLEASANT

Water temperature mid 70’s.  A good top water bite at first light.  Everyone is anticipating the opening of the Agua Fria river on June 15th, which has been closed since December 15th.  You may have to take a number, as it falls on Fathers Day.

BARTLETT LAKE

Water temperature 75 degrees , lots of small bass.  The lake has been coming up, but they are releasing it now.  Cranks, swim baits, drop shot and Texas rig in 15 to 20 feet of water.

ROOSEVELT LAKE

Water temperature in the mid 70’s.  Top water early, deep cranks, jigs, 10″ worms in 20 to 30 feet of water, with nice bass being caught.  If you can handle throwing large swim baits, a double-digit bass can be the ticket.  Several 10 pound plus bass have been caught in the past 2 months.  With a full moon approaching, night fishing will be getting underway.  Beat the heat.

HORSE LAKE

APACHE LAKE

Water temperature in the mid 70’s.  Early top water bite, crank baits, Texas rig creature baits, swim baits, and drop shot working well.  They are releasing water out of Roosevelt Lake, which is adding nutrients into the lake.
