Lake Pleasant is located 30 miles Northwest of Phoenix and is one of Arizona’s premier fisheries because of the many different species of fish that inhabit its crystal clear water. It is the largest lake in the greater Phoenix area and provides the angler the opportunity to catch trophy sized fish on a variety of species including: Largemouth Bass, Striped Bass, White Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Carp, and two species of Catfish. The lake is located at the foot of the Bradshaw Mountains and is surrounded by beautiful desert scenery and is inhabited by a vast array of wild life including: deer, javelina, wild burros, and multiple species of birds (including bald eagles). In addition, the lake is known for its spectacular desert sunrises and sunsets. There is no limit on a number of species of fish that inhabit the lake, so it is easy to see why Lake Pleasant is considered one of the premier lakes in Arizona by anglers. Night Striper Fishing Trips Are Also Available Upon Request At An Additional Fee.
